Goal for the day: Drink water and get exercise in!
Breakfast: bagel with light cream cheese (cheated! ran out of time to cook breakfast and really needed some energy anyway!)
Lunch: salad with grilled chicken, tomatos, cucumbers, eggs
Goal for the day: Follow the menu plan, drink six glasses of water, 10 minutes of exercise
Breakfast: 2 slices turkey bacon, 2 scrambled eggs
Lunch: chicken breast, green beans with slivered almonds
Dinner: Salmon with spinich (yum!)
Snacks: blueberry yogurt, string cheese, apple
Water: About three glasses
Exercise: Didn’t get it in! By the time I remembered, I was too tired and ready for bed.
Today’s experiences: I am so tired today! I’m not sure if it’s because of the lack of carbs, the lack of sleep last night or both! Did really bad with water too. Will focus on tomorrow.
